In 1998, with two school-age children, I wanted to explore new ways of helping them navigate life and to be happy and healthy. I spent the following seventeen years training and working with a number of therapies including Reflexology, Educational Kinesiology and Thought Field Therapy.
My intention has always been to help people of all ages achieve their full potential and live happy, healthy and creative lives.
In 2015 I found myself following The Path of Pollen, a European Shamanic Tradition, exploring and embodying the Feminine Principle. Following these powerful trainings I was led to discover and experience the extraordinary, transformational and magical sound of the Gong and chose to train under the guidance of Sheila Whittaker, Gong Master.
I feel I have come "home" now I am working with these magnificent instruments. I love to share the healing resonance of the Gongs with groups and individuals.
I am now a grandmother and, apart from working with the gongs, I enjoy yoga, art, walking in nature, swimming and spending time with my children and grandchildren.
